This petition has been filed by the accused Nos.1 to 3 to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.273 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after investigation, the matter was referred as mistake of fact and a report was also filed on 01.06.2014 before the concerned Court.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. It is open to the third respondent to avail any other remedy, which is available under the law.
