Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.A.CHANDRAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. Since the petitioners are female members they are unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.678 of 2019 dated 18.01.2019.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 18.01.2019 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.678 of 2019 is extended further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
