Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioners have given a representation dated 23.09.2020 to the first respondent. They want it to be expeditiously considered. 3.The petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh representation to the third respondent. The third respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The third respondent shall put the interested persons, if any, on notice before passing final order. It is open to the third respondent to pass order one way or the other.
