This Writ Appeal is directed against the order passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P(MD)No.4365 of 2011, dated 24.01.2012. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Hosuing Board/appellants state that the Writ Petitioners/respondents 1 to 3 herein, as sought in the Writ Petition, has paid the cost difference and the sale deed has been executed in favour of the respondents 1 to 3/Writ Petitioners on 27.09.2021. Therefore nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Appeal.

4.Recording the above said submission, the Writ Appeal stands disposed of. There is no order as to costs.Consequently,connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
