ORDER

This quash petition is filed to quash the the proceedings in M.C.No.83/2014 dated 08/04/2014 issued by the Sub Divisional Magistrate cum Sub Collector, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli District. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C. has already been closed against the petitioners.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
