This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai to expedite the trial pending in C.C.No.230 of 2013.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai to expedite the trial pending in C.C.No.230 of 2013 within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
