JUDGMENT

This second appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.29 of 2005 dated 09.08.2005 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Kulithalai, confirming the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.123 of 1999 dated 27.07.2004 on the file of the District Munsif, Kulithalai.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the sole appellant died in the year 2021 .
