Despite the petitioner's name printed in the cause list, there is no appearance for the petitioner Society. Already this Court dismissed the writ petition for default against the second respondent. Till date the petitioner has not taken any steps to implead the necessary parties. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed for default. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
