ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging an enquiry notice issued by the first respondent herein calling the petitioner for appearing for an enquiry relating to land grabbing. Since no interim order was granted in the writ petition, the first respondent has proceeded with the enquiry and he has passed an order on 01.08.2012 as against the petitioner. Hence noting survives in the writ petition.

2. This Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the dismissal of the writ petition will not stand in the way of the writ petitioner from initiating any civil proceedings to ventilate his grievances. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
