After some arguments, Mr.P.M. Vishnuvarthanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and also undertook to file a withdrawal memo through Email to the Registry.

2. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, the personal appearance of the petitioners is dispensed with. However, they must appear before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court, whenever their presence is required by the Court. Further, The learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kovilpatti, is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL.O.P(MD).No. 516 of 2021 dispose of the case in C.C.No.274 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible. Consequently, the connected C.M.P(MD).No. 250 of 2021 is closed.
