This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondent No.2 to file the final report in Crime No.37 of 2015 dated 07.03.2015 on the file of the respondent NO.2 for the offences under Sections 420, 406, 465, 471 IPC and proceed with the same as per law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the second respondent to file final report in Crime No.37 of 2015 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
