JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This Writ Appeal has been directed against the order passed by the Writ Court dated 23.11.2010 in W.P.(MD)No.1675 of 2010.
2. This Writ Appeal is arising out of recovery of amount from the employee i.e., the respondent.
3. According to Mr.A.K.Manikkam, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the appellants that, the employee is no more and his wife has also pre-deceased, therefore, no effective steps could be taken even to recover the said amount, if ultimately even the appellants win the appeal and therefore, nothing survives in this appeal, he contended.
4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellants, this Writ Appeal is 2/4
dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to cost. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
