ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging a notice issued by the first respondent herein, wherein he has called the petitioner and the second respondent to attend an interview relating to the title dispute between the parties.

2. It is settled position of law that the first respondent has no jurisdiction, whatsoever to decide the title between the parties. Hence, the impugned order is set aside. However, the learned counsel for the second respondent submitted that a civil suit is pending between the parties with regard to the same disputed property. The parties are at liberty to agitate all the grounds in the said civil suit.

3. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No costs.
