This petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report in Crime No.48 of 2015 dated 11.02.2015 on the file of the respondent No.1 Police Station offences u/s.409 and 420 IPC and quash the same as illegal.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl. side) submitted that charge sheet has been filed and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3. Recording the said statement, the Contempt Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
