Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the respondents to provide adequate police protection for survey and demarcating the property of the petitioner comprised in Old.S.No.79/6 and New S.No.79/6 B, (Old Patta No.39 an new patta No.996) measuring an extent of 9 cents (Punja Lands), situated at Kurumbapatti Village, Dindigul Town and District as per orders passed by the Honourable High Court dated 29.08.2019 made in W.P(MD) No. 18813 of 2019 by considering the petitioner representation dated 19.12.2019.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to provide adequate police protection for survey and demarcating the property of the petitioner comprised in Old.S.No.79/6 and New S.No.79/6 B, (Old Patta No.39 an new patta No.996) measuring an extent of 9 cents (Punja Lands), situated at Kurumbapatti Village, Dindigul Town and District as per orders passed by the Honourable High Court dated 29.08.2019 made in W.P(MD) No. 18813 of 2019 by considering the petitioner representation dated 19.12.2019.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner had https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.536 of 2020 sent a complaint by post which has been received by the third respondent. He would submit that they will conduct due enquiry and during enquiry if it transpires that the petitioner requires police protection, suitable protection will be given. 3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
