ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the District Registrar, Kumbakonam, under which the two sale agreements said to have been executed by the writ petitioner have been cancelled. The reason for cancellation is that the writ petitioner was granted only a special power of attorney to present the documents for registration and he does not have any independent power to execute sale agreements.
2. It is informed now that the writ petitioner, who is the special power of attorney had passed away and hence, nothing survives in the writ petition.

3. This Writ Petition is dismissed, since it requires no further adjudication.
No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
