For Respondent : Mr.A.Robinson, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Sec.439(1)b of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner/accused No.1, that she has to appear before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.00 pm until further order and thus render justice. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL OP(MD) No.19609 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.19609 of 2019 on 30/12/2019 regularly, and she prays for relaxation of the said condition.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioner tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.19609 of 2019 on 30/12/2019 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent as and when required for interrogation.
