This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent herein to commence the investigation and file final report in Crime No.106 of 2012 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Vanniapatti Police Station, Virudhunagar.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the second respondent to file final report in Crime No.106 of 2012 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
