ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 118(1) of BNS, in Crime No.783 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The earlier anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No. 21725 of 2024 was dismissed by order dated 12.12.2024 and there are no change in circumstances to entertain this anticipatory bail petition. Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed accordingly.
