ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. Seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a FIR on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 14.06.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that there is no petition pending on the file of the respondent police. 4.The petitioner is directed to appear before the second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent police on 02.07.2015 along with the copy of the complaint.

Thereafter, the second respondent police is directed to conduct an enquiry on the said complaint and complete the same within a period of four weeks thereafter 5.With the above directions, this petition is disposed of.
