KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- It is seen from the records that this court by its order dated 13.03.2019 has issued NBW to the accused and subsequently, on 25.03.2019 this Court directed the respondent police to execute the said warrant on or before 28.03.2019 failing which, the respondent should appear before this Court. It appears that on 03.04.2019, the respondent police has appeared before this court and took time for executing the NBW and hence it has been adjourned. 2.On 29.04.2019, the respondent police has filed a status report stating that efforts have been taken for executing the NBW and also for getting call details of the mobile phone number of the accused.

Today, the respondent has also appeared in-person and saying the same reason but he has not made any progress with regard https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

to getting the call details of the accused mobile phone number and it shows that the respondent is not evincing any interest to execute the NBW and therefore, the Superintendent of Police, Thanjavur is directed to bestow his personal attention to this case and to see that NBW should be executed at the earliest.

3.Post the matter on 19.06.2019.
