RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.MP(MD)No.9701 of 2018 in Crl.MP(MD)No.8005 of 2018 in Crl.OP(MD)No.15546 of 2018 dated 27.11.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.PRABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15546 of 2018, on 27.11.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15546 of 2018 dated 27.11.2018. He further submitted that after completion of investigation, a charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi.

4.Considering the above said facts, the condition is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi on every Monday. This petition is ordered, accordingly.
