ORDER

The main grievance of the petitioners is that though the first petitioner filed a Criminal Revision Petition in Crl.R.P.No.64 of 2018, on the file of the learned Additional District Judge, Pattukottai, the same has not been disposed of. 2.Mr.T.Lajapathi Roy, learned counsel for the petitioners would contend that speedy disposal of the application of the petitioners is essential and that the belated disposal without grant of interim maintenance can never be justified and the learned Additional District Judge, has not disposed of the Crl.R.P.No.64 of 2018, till date.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge No.III, Pattukottai, is directed to dispose of the said petition as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
