ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction directing the official respondents to restore the classification land in Survey Nos.96/1 and 96/4 Thuvarangulam Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District as Panchami land and issue patta in favour of the petitioner. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving an opportunity of hearing and issue notice to the petitioner and the fifth respondent. 2/4

4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
