ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.P.NARAYANAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.P.MALINI, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 359 days in filing the above revision. 2.Mrs.P.Malini, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and she has no objection to condone the delay. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also considering the length of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay subject to the payment of cost of Rs.1500/- (Rupees Thousand and Five Hundred only), to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
