ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 3. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with. 2.The petitioner has given a representation dated 19.11.2022 to the first respondent. He wants it to be expeditiously considered. 3.No exception can be taken to the said request. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The first respondent shall put the interested persons including the fourth respondent on notice before passing final order. It is open to the first respondent to pass order one way or the other. 4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
