The petitioners are in-laws of the defacto complainant. They have been arrayed as accused for the alleged offences under Sections 298-A and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. 2.As per the perusal of the complaint, it would go to show that the petitioners and others demanded dowry. The question as to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ whether the petitioners are involved or not is a matter of

investigation. Hence, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the investigation at this stage. The respondent is directed to file a final report within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order without being influenced by the order of this Court. 3.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
