ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the proceedings in C.C.No.98 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent and the learned Counsel for the second respondent.

3. The petitioners are arrayed as accused Nos.1 to 4 in Cr.No.36 of 2015, for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 427, 324 and 506(ii) I.P.C.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, a joint memo of compromise has been filed by both parties and attested by the Counsel for both parties, in which it is stated that the parties https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

have entered into a settlement out of Court and therefore, there is no necessity for proceeding further in this matter.

5. This Court has also perused the nature of complaint. This Court is of the view that no useful purpose will be served by proceedings further in this matter.
