This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent police to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 09.06.2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that petition enquiry is pending and the petitioner did not co-operate with the enquiry.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to co-operate for conducting enquiry.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
