O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present writ petition is to grant police protection to the petitioner, restricting the 3rd respondent and his men from interfering the petitioner's soap manufacturing business under the name and style of "Nagajothi Herbals Soap" at Door No.320 of Ellayarasanendal Road, Kovilpatti, Tuticorin District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), would submit that the petitioner and the third respondent are brothers and also coowners of the premises at Door No.320 of Ellayarasanendal Road, Kovilpatti, Tuticorin District and on enquiry the respondent police came to know that there is a dispute between the brothers in respect of the property. She further submitted that since it is a civil dispute between the parties, the respondent police have not taken any action and have advised the parties to approach the appropriate civil forum.

3. Recording the same, this writ petition stands closed with a direction to the petitioner to approach the concerned civil Court. No Costs.
