Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to issue direction to the Respondent herein to produce the body or person of the detenu Mundasamy, S/o. O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to issue a direction to the Respondent police to produce the body or person of the detenu Mundasamy, S/o. Radhakrishnan, aged about 27 years who has been missing from 30.10.2019 before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the second respondent has produced the detenu, namely; Mundasamy, S/o.Radhakrishnan before this Court. This Court enquired the alleged detenu and he informed that he is not in illegal detention and on his own wish he went to Bangalore and that coming to know of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P(MD).No. 1178 of 2020 this petition has appeared before the second respondent. The statement is recorded.
