ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.2 and 3 in Crime No.258 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, were surrendered on 30.03.3015 and 31.03.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 294(b), 302 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., and hence, seek bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that A8 was granted bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.10284 of 2015 dated 10.06.2015 and A9 was released on bail by the Court of Sessions.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the overt act attributed against the petitioners is that the first petitioner attacked the deceased with aruval on the left shoulder and the second petitioner attacked the deceased with knife on the stomach. It is further submitted that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed.

4. Considering the fact that the respondent had already https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ laid charge sheet and considering the period of incarceration, this

Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kovilpatti and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 19/06/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
