ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondents to provide adequate security and police protection to the personal life, limb and property of the petitioner and her children in the nature and circumstances of the case and in the interests of justice, equity and good conscience.

2.The petitioner seeks police protection to her life and limb through a representation dated 26.04.2014. Now, 4-1/2 years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now.

3.In view of the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
