Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for an alleged offence punishable under Sections 147,294(b),323,355 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.144 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to wordy quarrel the petitioners have attacked the de facto complainant with stick and stone. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the injured has discharged from the hospital. He further submitted that this is the case and counter case.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the injured has already been discharged from the hospital, I am inclined to grant grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Madurai and on each of them are executing a bond https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6.
