O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging the granting of building plan approval in favour of the fourth respondent.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he would like to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the competent Civil Court for adjudication of the civil rights between the parties.

3.The said liberty is granted and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
