Respondent PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned letter of the respondent in Rc.No.235293/Cr.3(1)/2011, dated 21.11.2011, quash the same, and direct the respondent to give police protection to the petitioner.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging an order, under which police protection sought for by the writ petitioner was rejected by an order, dated 21.11.2011. The petitioner has sought to quash the said order and to grant police protection. However, the party in person appears and he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition as and when occasion arises.
