O R D E R

This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the respondent to provide adequate police protection for herself and her property situated at Manmangalam Village, punja land in Sy.No.275.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3.This Court perused the complaint made. It appears that the opposite party namely, the brother of the petitioner against whom the complaint has been given and against whom protection is sought filed a civil suit and the same is dismissed against which an appeal was also filed and the same was also rejected. Now the grievance of the petitioner in the complaint filed is that when her son went to the said place, it was interfered and then it was said to be illegally occupied by the private party. The alleged occurrence has been taken place.

4.The above said fact would indicate that the remedy open to the petitioner is to approach the civil court to obtain appropriate relief in pursuance of the decree obtained. Hence, this petition is disposed of with liberty to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum.
