PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the 2nd respondent to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.19 of 2014 from the file of the 3rd respondent to any other competent investigating agency preferably to CBCID and investigation into the matter in accordance with law.

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.19 of 2014 from the file of the 3rd respondent to any other competent investigating agency preferably to CBCID and investigation into the matter in accordance with law.
