ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent filed this petition for anticipatory bail. 2.When the criminal original petition was filed, FIR was not registered and later, Crime No.34 of 2020 was registered by KV Nallur Police Station against the petitioners for the offences under Sections 294(b), 420 and 506(i) of IPC.

3.Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the case has been transferred to Keelavalavu Police Station.
