ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner is shown as an accused in C.C.No.98 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai, for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C.

3. The petitioner's counsel states that the complaint against the petitioner was originally closed. The offences were taken cognizance based on the protest petition filed by the petitioner. That is how, warrant came to be issued.

4. In view of the above, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai, and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below on all the hearing dates. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C scrupulously.

5. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
