Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner wants the petition mentioned representation to be disposed of.
3.I, therefore, direct the first respondent to enquire into the petitioner's petition mentioned representation and dispose it of on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
