PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the first respondent in Ref.Moo.Mu.No.19105/C1/2010, dated 12.10.2010 read with order bearing No.632/2009, dated 11.01.2010 issued by the second respondent and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents 1 & 2 to cancel the document No.2517 executed by the third respondent in favour of the fourth respondent and registered on the file of the second respondent and also forbear the second respondent from registering any document relating to the transfer of property comprised in Survey No.68/3, measuring an extent of 76 cents of land in Usilampatti Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District covered in the present patta Passbook No.169724 and Patta No.3724 contrary to Section 5(1) of the Tamil Nadu Patta Passbook Act 1983.

This writ petition has been filed as against the impugned orders of the first respondent in Ref.Moo.Mu.No.19105/C1/2010, dated 12.10.2010 and the order passed by the second respondent in No.632/2009, dated 11.01.2010, rejecting the claim of the petitioner and directing him to approach the competent civil court for his relief.
2.Today(21.04.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
