RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time for executing the sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppuvanam, Sivagangai District by the petitioners in pursuance of the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.15346 of 2021 dt. 07/10/2021 in connection with Cr.No.382 of 2021. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.PALANI VELAYUTHAM, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to surrender and produce sureties before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. Since the petitioners were out of station and went to the pilgrimage to Ayyapan temple, they are unable to execute sureties https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.535 of 2022 with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.15346 of 2021 dated 07.10.2021.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 07.10.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.15346 of 2021 is extended further for a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
