This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents to initiate appropriate action under Section 133 of Criminal Procedure Code 1973 for removal of public nuisance (encroachment) from Survey No.311/3 Government land extent 0.03.5 Ares locate at Mullikulam Panchayat, Mettupatcheri Nagaram, Thalaivankottai Village, Kadayanallur Taluk (Previously Tenkasi Taluk), Tirunelveli District on the basis of the petitioner's complaints dated 18.03.2015 and 17.06.2015.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Counsel for the respondents.

3.This Court is not willing to go into the merits of the case. It is suffice to direct the respondents to look into the complaint of the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
