2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the impugned order, which was passed in violation of the specific direction of this Court in the earlier proceedings, has now been recalled vide proceedings of the Tahsildar, Kulathur Taluk, dated 08.02.2021.

3.In view of the same, nothing survives in this Writ Petition and the same is closed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
