Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21137 of 2022, dated 30.11.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed and the case is pending committal in P.R.C.No.45 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Utthamapalayam and that the case stands posted to 10.02.2023. 4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.

21137 of 2022, dated 30.11.2022 is modified to the effect to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Utthamapalayam in P.R.C.No.45 of 2022 on 10.02.2023 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
