ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The order impugned dated 31.12.2011, passed by the District Collector, Tirunelveli District, Tirunelveli, is under challenge in the present Writ Petition.
2. Against the said order an appeal lies before the State Level Scrutiny Committee and the petitioner admittedly preferred an appeal, which is now pending before the State Level Scrutiny Committee. The Appeal preferred before the State Level Scrutiny Committee by the petitioner is to be disposed of.
3. In view of the facts and circumstances, the State Level Scrutiny committee shall conduct an enquiry by following the procedures and affording an opportunity to the parties and dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible. 2/4
