ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 324(b), 324, 363, 506(ii) of Indian Penal Code r/w 120(b), 364, 302 and 201 of Indian Penal Code in Crime No.421 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard both sides.

3. On a perusal of the final report filed in this case, it appears that the petitioner is charged for the offence punishable under 201 of Indian Penal Code, which is bailable. Hence, the petitioner is directed to, immediately, surrender before the Magistrate concerned, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a coy of this order and apply for regular bail before the said court.

4. With the above observation, this criminal original petition is closed.
