ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw and transfer the investigation in Crime no.301 of 2024 on the file of the third respondent to any other impartial Investigation Agency

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that already investigation was completed and final report has been filed before the concerned Court vide e.filing, thereby nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Since already investigation was completed and final report filed it is not appropriate to transfer the investigation at this stage.

4. Hence the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. However the petitioner is liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law if anything omitted in the final report.
