The learned Counsel appearing for third respondent society has produced death certificate of the writ petitioner. There is no representation on the side of the writ petitioner despite the matter being listed under the Caption "For Dismissal". That apart, the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents No.1 and 2 submits that the parties have already entered into a settlement with regard to the terminal benefits.

2. Considering the above said facts, the writ petition is dismissed. However, the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner are at liberty to restore the writ petition, in case, if there is no settlement.
